Abdullah Saad Alkanhal Engineering Consulting Office has begun the early planning and design stages of a new integrated residential development in Saudi Arabia.
The assignment brings together architectural design, site analysis, urban planning, and multidisciplinary engineering coordination. The objective is to establish a coherent residential environment that combines comfortable living spaces with efficient circulation, appropriate privacy, accessible community areas, and a distinctive architectural identity.
During the initial stage, the project team will evaluate the site’s opportunities and constraints, development requirements, movement patterns, building orientation, and the relationship between residential units and shared spaces. These studies will guide the preparation of the preliminary masterplan and architectural concepts.
Kanhal Consulting’s integrated approach allows planning, architecture, and engineering considerations to be addressed from the beginning of the project. This helps reduce coordination challenges during later design stages and supports the preparation of clear, practical, and buildable solutions.
